Thank you for your interest in our Winter Sun Promotional Gravel Riding Escape.
Rides are tailored to individuals and the group, with experieced guides on hand, so please contact us if you have any questions regarding experience, ability, the routes and riding.
Winter Promotion - 7 Nights Luxury Guided Gravel Cycling at £995 per person. Saturday 02 December - Saturday 09 December 2023
What's included in the 7 night luxury package (Full board, full service)
o 7 nights’ accommodation in the beautiful Finca Casa Sanz
o Airport transfers
o Bike hire o Guided rides daily o Emergency support vehicle o Mechanical assistance o Comprehensive route guides o GPX route map files o Secure bike storage o Workshop area and use of tools, pumps etc o Welcome lunch o Proper cyclists' breakfast with cereals, breads, pastries, fresh fruit, organic porridge and eggs your way o Post-ride baguettes to re-fuel (daily) o Freshly baked cakes (daily) o Three course evening meals (five nights) o Drinks during evening meals are included, soft drinks, locally sourced wine and beer o Kit wash (individual wash bags are provided for cycling kit) o Tea, coffee and water are available at all times o Fruit bowl o Swimming Pool & pool towels (May-September) o Restaurant reservations for two evening o Wi-Fi
Bike hire
Bike hire included is from the Escapar fleet of bikes. Reservations are made on a first-come first-served basis.
Airport transfers
*The scheduled airport transfer for this week is currently from Alicante airport for morning arrivals until 13:00.
We try to group arrivals and transfers where possible to minimise waiting times for guests.
If you are considerng alternative flights times, or flights arriving into Valencia airport, please give us a call so we can discuss transfer options.
Please also contact us if you require transfer of a bike box, charged at £30.
We are located 1 hour from both Valencia and Alicante airports and can arrange transfers from either, including collection from one and drop off at the other. o Individual airport transfers from either Alicante or Valencia airport are available for £100 each way (up to 4 people, or 2 people with 2 bike boxes)

Changes to your booking If your plans change after you have booked, please speak to us as soon as possible about any changes to your booking or cancellation. We will always try and do the best we can in offering alternative dates or accommodating changes, and we are flexible with regards to amending or cancelling additional services such as guiding and bike hire.
